Former Hard Rock Exec Jim Knight to Keynote Restaurant Executive Summit

9/10/2014
Jim Knight, the former head of training and development for Hard Rock International, will present the keynote address for the 10th Annual 2014 Restaurant Executive Summit, taking place November 3-5 at The Ritz-Carlton in Ft. Lauderdale. His presentation, titled “Service that Rocks: How to Create a Differentiated Experience to Deliver Sustainable Results,” will offer insights into how operators can provide guests service that truly rocks — and keeps them coming back for more.

In this keynote session, Knight, 30-year veteran of the training & development world and founder of Knight Speaker, will help restaurant executives amp up or totally revolutionize their company’s service culture. Through dynamic storytelling, attendees will learn how to embrace service mentality and hire “rock stars”, and how this leads to a guest-obsession that creates raving fans. If you’re a fan of unpredictability and thinking differently about service, come hear what all the noise is about.

During this high energy session, Knight will offer insights around how to embrace a differentiated service mentality, create raving fans, build “mental shelf space,” increase value proposition, avoid acceptable mediocrity and how to hire rock stars.
