Festival Foods Selects Cloud-based Food Safety Solution
Festival Foods has selected the PAR SureCheck® Advantage Solution from Partech to support their food safety program. Festival Foods, a Wisconsin based, family-owned company will deploy PAR’s Internet of Things (IoT) mobile intelligent checklist solution for food safety across 7 departments in their 21 full-service, state-of-the art supermarkets.
The PAR SureCheck Advantage solution helps get operators get off pen and paper food safety practices and digitizes the data points so they can find trends, monitor compliance, and proactively manage stores.
The 5” handheld hardware device powered by Intel® Atom™ Processor technology offers high performance with low power consumption designed for food quality and task management. SureCheck® Advantage provides increased operational efficiencies with its integrated temperature probe, bar code scanner and RFID infrared temperature readers. SureCheck assures Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) compliance and has been shown to improve operational efficiencies by 60% compared to traditional pen and paper. The Software-as-a-Service model and cloud-based enterprise server helps maintain accurate records for auditing and analytics.
