Denny's Canada Slashes Labor Costs, Optimizes Guest Interactions

Denny’s Canada has partnered with Ameego Workforce Solutions to implement a workforce solution geared toward keeping labor costs under control, providing employees with more tools to balance work/life obligations, and increasing the time managers spend engaging with customers rather than completing administrative tasks.
 
“We realized a positive impact on our labor within four weeks of rolling the program into each location. Our managers and employees alike love the program and how user-friendly it is. Management are now able to spend less time to create more efficient schedules which better match our guest traffic and sales volumes resulting in better service and happier guests,” says Deborah Gagnon, vice president, operations for Denny’s Canada.
 
Ameego Workforce Solutions completed the deployment of its employee scheduling and labor control software application in 46 Denny’s locations across Canada in April.
