Convention Center Taps Provider to Offer Interactive Tech for Presentations
The Washington State Convention Center (WSCC) has selected PSAV Presentation Services as the facility's preferred in-house provider of event technologies. The partnership, which began on March 1, will bring services and support to event planners and tradeshow organizers from around the world.
WSCC, located at 800 Convention Place in downtown Seattle, features 236,700 square feet of exhibit space and 123,761 square feet of flexible convention and meeting space. PSAV will provide presentation services that the WSCC previously could not get from a single source. PSAV's equipment and services include a variety of screen solutions, HD video conferencing, digital interactivity and mobile device deployment, like the development of dedicated meeting apps. Giving attendees the opportunity to use their iPads, iPhones or other smart devices to access important event data, such as the conference agenda, speaker listing, event sponsors, a virtual facility map and a listing of offsite venues, will enable event planners to turn ordinary events into unforgettable experiences.
