Conrad Hotels & Resorts has introduced the addition of a new and intuitive Conrad Meetings function to the award-winning Conrad Concierge mobile app. With this addition, meeting and event planners are now able to research hotel capabilities across all 23 Conrad properties worldwide from their smartphone or tablet.
Conrad Meetings functionality within the brand’s mobile app now provides a direct line to the in-house event manager from the initial inquiry through the hotel’s delivery, such as adjusting the temperature of the room, refreshing catering, or requesting meeting room technology support. Meeting planners now have a streamlined communication tool to reach event attendees sharing everything from itinerary items to updates in real-time.
Conrad Meetings functionality allows potential group guests to view hotel capacity charts for meeting room size, request proposals for group events, and receive information on floor plans, special offers, weddings, social events, and more. From requesting a refresh of catering to adjusting the room’s temperature, event planners can make meeting asks from within the Conrad Concierge mobile app, which are immediately dispatched to the hotel staff for fulfilment. The new functionality also enables planners to load event agendas and instantaneously communicate scheduling changes to meeting attendees through the mobile app.
Boasting the luxury hospitality segment’s first pre check-in feature, the Conrad Concierge mobile app, which has been downloaded by 180,000 users to date, provides guests with a range of customizable options before and during their stay. Guests can select their pillow preference, what newspaper to be hand delivered daily, or even from a bespoke list of high-end bath products to be ready in their room or suite prior to arrival.
