Classic Residence to Utilize TMx Labor Solution

Classic Residence by Hyatt selects TimeManagement Corporations's TMx labor management software solution to standardize labor management processes across its 18 operating senior living communities.

"TMx solutions have allowed us to standardize and optimize human resource processes such as labor scheduling and clock in and out activity," says Chet Phillips, Vice President of Information Technology at Classic Residence by Hyatt. "The TMx labor management project has been one of the most successful implementations, in terms of employee acceptance, in recent years."

In addition to the TMx software solution, Classic Residences by Hyatt will utilize TMx Self Service Kiosk data collection devices to perform a number of tasks, including: validation of hours, schedule viewing, reviewing assigned tasks, and printing out upcoming schedules. Biometric identification will also be used to enforce clock in and out parameters.
