Chicago Yacht Club Implements Event Management Software

The Chicago Yacht Club, an organizer and host of regattas, races and predicted log contests in the United States, selects ReServe Interactive Event Management software to manage the execution of its races and regattas, as well as the booking and implementation of its public and private club events. Prior to the implementation of the software, events were managed manually.

"ReServe Interactive perfectly serves our needs and the event management software is critical to the success of our business," explains James W. Clark, club manager of the Chicago Yacht Club. "Throughout my career I've worked at different clubs and this is the third time I've purchased this software. I would recommend it to any club owner."

ReServe's Event Management manages a host of responsibilities including event room locations; correspondence such as proposals, contracts, function sheets and invoices; food and beverage menus; and defining set-up and service requirements. ReServe Interactive also features Event Lifecycle Technology, a process-driven design that automatically prompts a user with tasks that need to be completed to move an event ahead in its life cycle.
