Cheesecake Factory & Dunkin' Brands Joins Roster of 2010 Restaurant Executive Summit Speakers

Hospitality Technology's sixth annual Restaurant Executive Summit promises to deliver a powerful lineup of high-profile executive speakers to an audience of restaurant technology, operations, finance and marketing professionals, this September 29 - October 1 at The Grand Del Mar Resort in San Diego, Calif.

The growing roster of speakers includes the recent additions of Claire Prager, director of talent selection for The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, and Cicely Simpson, director, federal & state government affairs, Dunkin' Brands. Prager will address the current challenges, trends and opportunities in workforce recruitment and retention during the session, "Rebuilding Your Workforce." Simpson will offer insights into how restaurants can best prepare for and respond to a number of national policies during the session, "Impact of National Policy."

Prager and Simpson join a lineup of speakers that also includes Debra Jensen-Dykes, VP & CIO, Jack in the Box Inc.; Leonard Yip, VP, information systems, Panda Restaurant Group; and Michael Tchong, founder & trend analyst, Ubercool Inc. Jensen-Dykes and Yip will sit on a panel of technology experts who will discuss the technology investments that are most likely to help restaurants attract customers and drive growth in the year ahead during the session, " Technology Super Session: Technology that Drives Top-Line Growth."

Tchong will deliver the closing day keynote presentation, "Ubertrends: Socially Engaging the New Era Guest." In this session, Tchong will address the major consumer trends that are shaping the restaurant industry and contextualize opportunities for restaurant operators in today's highly digitized, accelerated society.
