B.F. Saul Company Hotel Division Partners with hotel SystemsPro to Improve Guest Service, Asset Quality

In an effort to boost overall guest loyalty and satisfaction, B. F. Saul Company Hotel Division partnered with hotel SystemsPro this past January. Identifying the need to improve the guest experience at each of the organization's 18 hotels, senior vice president Mark Carrier initiated the use of web-based, mobile asset management and guest service technology.ÕA continuing training program of team members has been established, to ensure that measurable results of the program are achieved,

"Technology is just a tool until you have the leadership," says Carrier. "In our 2010 mission statement, we say our goal is to leverage technology to enhance results for our stakeholders, guests, owners, and team members. By using web-based, hand-held asset management software we are able to quickly respond to guests' service requests." Carrier notes that action is a great restorer and builder of confidence.
