AutoClerk Teams with PhoneSuite and Technology at Work

| July 25, 2012

AutoClerk, Inc., announced that it has partnered with Technology At Work
and PhoneSuite to provide complete technology packages for hotels, including property management software, hardware, IP-based PBX phone systems, and network design and administration.

The AutoClerk Technology Package uses the same computer that runs the hotel’s Property Management system (AutoClerk or Lodgical) to run PhoneSuite’s IP-based PBX phone system.

Technology At Work configures, installs and maintains networks specifically designed to meet the needs of each property, with a mind toward PCI compliance and AutoClerk’s specific requirements. They are also industry experts in wireless Internet access for guests and security cameras that can be monitored via the Internet so hotel management can keep an eye on activity remotely.

Offering both cloud-based and premise-based property management solutions, AutoClerk’s software can accommodate corporate hotels, B&Bs, resorts, condos or timeshare hotels. In addition, they produce Point-of-Sale (POS) software and systems to manage marinas. AutoClerk interfaces to many standard systems, from Internet reservations to restaurant POS.

Voiceware by PhoneSuite is a server-based hotel phone system capable of running both administrative and guest room SIP phones, as well as standard, inexpensive, analog guest and common area phones. It can be hosted “in the cloud” as a service, or locally on a premise-based server. A browser-based console is designed to save both money and desk space, and features guest or staff transfer by name, context sensitive wakeup calls with detailed logging, and one-click call and transfer. Designed to interface and communicate more powerfully with the PMS, new features such as group affiliation with voice message broadcast, voice mail and wakeup prompts using the guest’s native language, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR)-based guest checkout are possible using PhoneSuite’s new Voiceware platform.
