Atlantica Hotels Renews Voice Services Contract Following 8 PercentIncrease in Net Reservations Conversion

Brazilian hotel management company Atlantica Hotels International has extended its five-year relationship with Pegasus Solutions through 2012 to continue benefiting from the company's private label voice services. Atlantica, which manages more than 70 hotels throughout Brazil, signed the renewal after realizing a consistent 8% average increase in net reservations conversion year-over-year with Pegasus.

As the exclusive Brazilian partner for Choice Hotels International, Carlson Hotels Worldwide and Starwood, Atlantica utilizes a Pegasus team of 20 voice agents and a reservations supervisor to capture bookings across its portfolio. Annie Morrissey, vice president of sales and marketing for Atlantica Hotels International, says the relationship with Pegasus has yielded tangible results for its properties.
