Airport Foodservice Operator Automates Data Processing

OTG Management, Inc., owner and operator of upscale restaurants and gourmet markets for airports, selects the Mirus Exception-Based Restaurant Management service to unify its portfolio of airport locations at more than 70 facilities nationwide.

The impetus for this installation was OTG's introduction of new accounting and financial software to fully automate data downloads from the variety of POS systems across its business enterprise; the Mirus service is POS-neutral.

"With the expansion and growth that we've experienced, implementing a new solution couldn't happen soon enough," states OTG president Rick Blatstein. "Efficiency, accuracy and speed to our operations -- these are critical factors because of our unique operating environment."

"The Mirus service posts their units' data very fast and provides quick, comprehensive analysis so OTG's operators can manage their diverse businesses more effectively," comments Dave Bennett, president & CEO of MIRUS.

OTG serves hubs including Philadelphia International; JFK and LaGuardia in New York City; Boston's Logan Airport; Reagan in Washington, DC; and Tucson International in Arizona.
