Agilysys, Inc., a provider of information technology and hospitality software solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with TimeManagement Corporation, a labor management solution provider, to offer the TMx labor management solution to hospitality customers who use the Eatec Solutions inventory and procurement system, the InfoGenesis POS system and the Visual One Property Management System, all by Agilysys.
TMx is a comprehensive labor management software solution that enables hospitality providers to improve the efficiency and productivity of their workforce. The easy-to-use enterprise-wide system includes a variety of features and functionality, such as performance-based scheduling, embedded workflow for employee hiring and multiple time capture solutions. The TMx Data Transfer Module allows the integration of scheduling, time and attendance, human resources and labor forecasting functions into the Agilysys systems for foodservice management, point-of-sale and property management. TMx uses the data fields within a customer's system to create labor forecasts and other performance measures; transfer employee time records; and allocate tips, sales and other collectibles.
The Agilysys solutions and TMx applications share data, such as sales totals, transactions, meal counts, occupancy and arrivals, enabling improved access to information and reducing redundant data entry. Customers in virtually every type of hospitality setting can benefit from the integrated solution, including restaurants, hotels, resorts, casinos, cruise lines and sporting and entertainment venues.
