hotel software technology to track guest preferences and provide customized guest service.
The property tracks and records each guest's preferences and history in a one client profile using Maestro's integrated suite of property management modules and online booking system on a single-image database.

The agents can confirm the spa booking schedule, including time slots still available, along with staff schedules by name for those guests who want to request a certain attendant to provide their facial or massage.
