hotel software technology to track guest preferences and provide customized guest service.
The property tracks and records each guest's preferences and history in a one client profile using Maestro's integrated suite of property management modules and online booking system on a single-image database.

The hotel leverages the hospitality industry's current spa explosion by enabling the hotel's reservation agents to book spa appointments directly from the property's Maestro PMS hotel management room reservation screen This access enables agents to provide guests with Spa management information and complete room and spa reservations in a single guest booking. The agents can confirm the spa booking schedule, including time slots still available, along with staff schedules by name for those guests who want to request a certain attendant to provide their facial or massage.
