Dunkin' Donuts announces a new customer deployment from data integration and business intelligence solutions provider Oco, Inc. The application gives Dunkin' Donuts management and reporting capabilities for franchise development, supporting the company's aggressive growth plans. The implementation was completed in just six weeks during which time Dunkin' Donuts' manually intensive approach was replaced with a Web interface. The company now has a complete single vendor solution for data integration, warehousing and reporting.
The solution supports different levels of access to information on an as-needed basis with user profiles defined by Dunkin' Donuts. An extensive library of more than 70,000 reports and KPI's cover numerous functional areas. The management-level franchisee dashboard highlights key performance metrics with drilldown capability to specific areas.
