Hyatt Place Lobby Goes Self Service

Global Hyatt Corporation is deploying the NCR EasyPoint Xpress Check-In kiosks (www.ncr.com) throughout its recently launched Hyatt Place chain. Hyatt Place features a focus on contemporary design and forward-thinking technology. As part of this focus on innovation, four pilot sites have deployed NCR Xpress Check-In kiosks this year. Plans call for the installation of 200 kiosks in over 100 Hyatt Place hotels across the U.S.

According to Richard Morgan, senior vice president, Hyatt Place, "We understand that our guests lead busy lives and time is a precious commodity, so we provide our guests the option of checking in or out in less than one minute using NCR EasyPoint Xpress kiosks."
