Doug Reifschneider is Vice President of Marketing Services for Firehouse Subs of America, LLC (FOA); a role he assumed following promotion from Director of Marketing in 2011. He develops long-term marketing strategies for the Firehouse Subs brand and oversees all departmental marketing support for the franchisees within the company. In this capacity, he has a successful track record of overseeing and directing brand strategy, as well as development and execution of marketing plans.
During his tenure, Reifschneider has been instrumental in several sales building initiatives such as Limited Time Offer (LTO) and new product development. He played an integral role in growing drink and combo incidence five basis points, which resulted in increased franchise profitability. In addition, he directed the search for a new advertising agency, which resulted in FOA’s current campaign and unique selling proposition, “Our way beats their way. If you don’t agree, it’s Free."
