Twin Peaks Restaurant
Randy DeWitt is the Chief Executive Officer of Twin Peaks Restaurants, overseeing all developmental aspects of the business. He also leads the development of additional restaurant concepts under the Front Burner umbrella, including: Ojos Locos Sports Cantina, Whiskey Cake, Velvet Taco, The Ranch at Las Colinas, Red Dog Right, and Mexican Sugar.
Since the launch of Twin Peaks in 2005, the mountain-lodge themed sports restaurant has expanded from one location in Lewisville, Texas to 50 locations by the end of 2013, with 25 planned to open in 2014.
Prior to Twin Peaks, Randy was the Founder and CEO of Rockfish Seafood Grill, a 14-unit chain of casual seafood restaurants. He also gained experience in shopping center development and owned and operated other restaurant concepts before creating Rockfish. With his entrepreneurial spirit and unique leadership style, Randy has led his team of restaurant professionals to experience phenomenal success, sustained growth and a dedicated following of loyal guests. He is thrilled with the accomplishments of the Twin Peaks brand and is excited to continue expanding the concept to untapped markets throughout the country.
