Vice President & CIO US McDonalds
As CIO of McDonald’s US Information Technology department, Frank is responsible for the development of the U.S. technology strategy and roadmap, as well as the successful implementation of all IT products and services.
Prior to his current role, Frank held IT leadership roles in several areas of McDonald’s, including Corporate and Asia/Pacific, where he championed the standardization of restaurant POS platforms. In 2011 under Frank’s leadership, the U.S. completed the deployment of a new POS platform to over 13,000 restaurants.
Frank has 20 years of experience in developing and implementing strategy and technology initiatives. He has expertise in a number of industries including QSR, Retail, Media and Entertainment, Insurance and Banking. Prior to joining McDonald’s, he worked for the Boston Consulting Group, leading technology strategy consulting engagements.
Frank received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Loyola University of Chicago and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
