Vincent Burchianti is Chief Financial Officer of Firehouse Subs, where he leads the strategic financial direction of the Firehouse Subs brand through forecasting, budgeting and modeling. A 22-year restaurant finance veteran, Burchianti protects the core financial model of the company and maximizes the return on investment for the Firehouse Subs franchise community. He’s also Chief Lending Officer for the company’s franchise lending division, Capital 94, LLC, overseeing loans totaling more than $10 million. Also, in charge of both the technology and human resources departments of the brand, Burchianti was named Ultimate CFO by the Jacksonville Business Journal in 2010.
