Brandon Coleman, III is a highly influential Marketing executive with a proven track record for developing fully integrated marketing and rebranding programs for high profile consumer companies. Named Chief Marketing Officer for Dallas-based Romano’s Macaroni Grill in August 2010, Coleman is currently leading the company’s rebranding strategy to solidify its position as the premier upscale Italian restaurant.

Prior to joining Macaroni Grill, Coleman was the Vice President of Marketing for Restaurants Unlimited, Inc. (RUI) where he spearheaded a series of successful brand campaigns that improved same-store comp sales from -22% to +10%. Coleman’s innovative marketing approach started with the development of essential brand pillars and included a combination of cost effective advertising techniques resulting in guest count improvement from -15% to flat in his first year with the company.

Coleman previously served as a Lead Consultant at Big Picture Thinking, a strategic branding firm that specializes in developing effective brand identity packages and comprehensive marketing campaigns. This unique opportunity followed Coleman’s responsibility as Director of Marketing for Fired Up, Inc., operating as Carino’s Italian restaurants. In that role, he managed a multi-million dollar budget and launched a successful rebranding initiative to increase brand awareness and same restaurant sales.

Coleman’s notable career has also included strategic marketing responsibilities at McCann Erickson Worldgroup, a leading global Advertising agency for clients including Intel and L’Oreal. Coleman also advised key clients as a Brand Development Consultant at Podium Consulting, driving brand strategy and equity programs, following a marketing stint at ESPN, the worldwide leader in sports.

Brandon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at Texas A&M University, where he was selected for the prestigious Fellows Group representing the top 1% of his Business School class based on academics, involvement and potential.
