Rik Reitmaier is SVP and Chief Information Officer at Gaylord Entertainment-the parent company of Gaylord Hotels, Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, WSM radio and other media outlets. Rik Reitmaier’s main focus is to balance the operational efficiencies of Information Technology while facilitating business development, overall growth, and enhance the customer experience.

A driven leader with proven results, Rik Reitmaier has over twenty years of executive and hands-on experience with multi-million dollar initiatives and projects. Before joining Gaylord Entertainment, Rik enjoyed an award-winning tenure with Harrah’s Hotels and Casinos working in operations, serving as Program Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, and managing the IT portion of numerous newly constructed venues.

The hallmarks to Rik’s successes are attributed to his ability to lead large teams, institute innovations, increase effectiveness, while creating an alignment with business goals and vision.
