Director of IT and Client Services
Brenda Parker has worked in the multiunit restaurant foodservice industry for more than 27 years holding various position both in IT and Operations for such companies as Taco Bell, Sizzler, Denny’s, Diedrich Coffee and as IT Director, for Great Circle Management, franchisee of Noodles and Co and the Krispy Kreme in Southern California. At Great Circle, Brenda and her IT team won both a Nation Restaurant News’ Technology Innovation Award and Hospitality Technology’s MURTEC Project of the Year Award.
In the last several years, Brenda has worked in a consulting capacity both in the US and abroad. She has had assignments in various consulting projects with HMSHOST, CKE, Hardees, McAlisters and just returned to the United States early last year from a two year assignment in Poland where she worked with American Restaurants (AmRest), franchisee of Starbucks, Pizza Hut, KFC and Burger King, in 7 European countries, as well as Applebees here in the United States. Her assignment there was to help define a global infrastructure, develop a young IT staff and get a new POS and back office systems rolled out across all operating brands in Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Poland.
In May last year, Brenda joined DineEquity, owner of IHOP and Applebees, as Director of IT and Client Services with exclusive responsibilities for the IHOP brand.
