Attendees at the Multi-Unit Restaurant Conference 2011 are eligible to receive 8 CPE credits (1 CPE =50 minutes), field of study is specialized knowledge and applications, for attending the conference sessions. This is a basic course and no prerequisite and/or advanced placement is required.
