As Director of Talent Selection for The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, Claire is responsible for the attraction and selection of top talent for the entire organization. She heads up a team that staffs the restaurant management positions for 161 restaurants (The Cheesecake Factory, Grand Lux Cafe and RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen), as well as corporate positions at the support center in Calabasas, CA. Claire manages the processes, systems and vendors that enable her and her team to staff & support the restaurants effectively.

Claire has 22 years of restaurant industry experience and 10 plus years of HR/Recruiting experience, giving her the foundation to lead the Talent Selection team at The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated into the future.
