Richard Blake has been with Burger King Corporation for 13 + years and is currently part of the Global Operation Excellence team. In his current role as Standards Manager he how and which technologies will be used in the restaurant. This includes POS systems, digital displays, broadband, WiFi, kiosks and more. Prior to his current position he was Global POS Program Manager responsible for implementing Burger King Standard POS systems globally.
