Mickey Mills has been employed by BUCA, Inc. in several capacities since 1993. Ms. Mills has been serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations of BUCA, Inc. since November 2005. Prior to this role, she was a Divisional Vice President of Operations in Florida overseeing eleven restaurants. Mickey also worked in our downtown Indianapolis restaurant as a Paisano Partner and a Chef. Prior to that Mickey served as the Executive Sous Chef in the original Buca location in Minneapolis from 1993 to 1997. Ms. Mills graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science.
