Drew Stafford
Senior Director of Information Technology

Drew Stafford, Senior Director of Information Technology, is responsible for supporting the technology initiatives for all corporate and restaurant operations at Romano's Macaroni Grill.

Drew joined Macaroni Grill in July 2009 to lead the organization's technology transition from Brinker International's systems onto a standalone platform. He is currently responsible for overseeing and coordinating all restaurant technology, including point of sale, back office, business intelligence, intranet, PCI compliance as well as wide area networking, desktop support, IT security, disaster recovery, and application training and support.

Drew's ten years of professional work experience include positions at:

• Smokey Bones Bar and Fire Grill
• IBM Internet Security Systems
• Darden Restaurants

He earned both his MBA and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
